Its a beautiful place with waterfalls and open fields. Found this lichen on a dead tree trunk. It&#8217;s funny that even when something is dead it can still be beautiful.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sun-dancing.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/DSCN1176.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-326\" title=\"Bluebonnet Feb 2012\" src=\"http:\/\/sun-dancing.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/DSCN1176-1024x638.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"363\" srcset=\"http:\/\/sun-dancing.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/DSCN1176-1024x638.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/sun-dancing.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/DSCN1176-300x187.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a>We found the season&#8217;s first Bluebonnets in an open field. I know that in about 2 weeks, this field will be covered in blue! I will have to make a return trip to check it out.
